Cancellation Policy

All dogs participating in group training classes must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by our facility. Participants are responsible for maintaining control of their dogs at all times during class. Any aggressive or disruptive behavior by dogs or owners will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the class without refund. Participants must follow the instructions provided by the instructor and refrain from using punitive training methods. Participants are required to bring appropriate training equipment, such as a leash, collar/harness, and treats, as specified by the instructor. The use of choke chains, prong collars, shock collars, or other aversive training tools is not permitted during class. Refunds will only be provided if the class is canceled by the facility. No refunds will be issued once the class has commenced, except in cases of documented medical or emergency circumstances.
